Our customer service team will then arrange for a carrier to pick up the item. A refund will be processed to your bank account within 3-5 business days.
2) 30 Days of Return Period: Don't worry, after 10 days of free trial, you still have 30 days to ensure that the furniture is right for you. Again, if you are not happy, just repack the furniture in its original packaging and pay a return shipping fee of £35. We will arrange collection and issue a refund to your bank account.
3) 2 Years Warranty Guarantee: Our pledge is to stand by the quality of our products, offering you not just furniture but enduring confidence in your purchase. That's why we are delighted to address and repair any structural damage to our furniture within a two-year timeframe.
4) Damage or incorrect item: If the furniture you receive is damaged or incorrect, please take pictures or videos of it immediately and contact us.
