1) Free delivery on all orders: All orders in mainland United Kingdom (UK) receive free deliveries. For deliveries to distant areas of the UK (e.g. Isle of Man), customers will be contacted and charged a £35 delivery fee. This is to cover the extra delivery miles.

2) Change of mind: If you change your mind about your order, please contact us before 10am (UK time). If your purchase has already been dispatched, you will be charged a standard delivery fee of £35.
